How can I tell if my organization is a subscriber?
- Log into your personal Online Training account at www.htvn.org.
- From the main menu bar, place your cursor over your initials in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and select Account.
- Under the Domains and Roles, your subscription status will be displayed
How much does it cost to become a subscriber?
Pricing is determined by the number of user profiles purchased for your organization. A user profile profile is required for each unique learner. Refer to the chart below and submit a subscription request form for additional information.

What are the benefits of being a policyholder?
If your organization has a current insurance policy with HAI Group, your entire organization automatically has policyholder status on HAI Group Online Training. As a policyholder on HAI Group Online Training, everyone in your organization has free access to most risk-related courses in our catalog. Submit a support request form, and a customer success specialist will contact you to get you set up and answer any questions you may have.
