Courtney Rice

HAI Group
Courtney Rice joined HAI Group in 2012. She is responsible for the strategic development, planning, and execution of all communications and public relations activities with the goal of creating product awareness and customer engagement, while delivering on our brand promise.
Courtney brings more than ten years of corporate branding, communications, public relations, event management, and social media expertise to HAI Group. Prior to joining, she spent time working in the public relations field for companies such as Starbucks Coffee Company, Pulte Homes, L’Oréal Paris Products, NBCUniversal, Jiffy Lube International, and Yoplait Yogurt.
At HAI Group, Courtney leads the Communications and Branding Division as well as the ReThink: Why Housing Matters initiative, which is a national public awareness campaign aimed to shift perceptions about public housing.
Elected as the Assistant Corporate Secretary in 2015, she serves HAI Group’s Board of Directors and Committee Members, as well as handles corporate governance matters. She is also the Corporate Secretary for the Affordable Housing Accreditation Board.
Courtney graduated from Quinnipiac University with a bachelor of arts in public relations.
